It is comprised of two courses that provide a comprehensive understanding of balanced scorecard essentials ranging from basic to advanced, organized around BSI’s award-winning Nine Steps to Success™ framework. Participants must pass an exam at the end of the second course to get BSP certified. Take both courses together and get certified in the same week with the popular BSP Certification Boot Camp!
Balanced Scorecard Master Professional™ (BSMP) Certification
The BSMP certification takes participants through the most advanced principles of strategic management systems. This 5-day program builds on the knowledge learned in the BSP program with more advanced exercises, one-on-one interaction with senior staff, and additional resource material, software tools, and templates. The BSMP program can be taken as a supplemental course after the BSP certification, or as a standalone 10-day course. Participants must pass the BSP exam as well as create and present a BSMP application project to become BSMP certified.

As Part 1 of the BSP Certification, this course is a practical, “hands-on” workshop that covers best practices, case studies, exercises, lessons-learned, real-life examples and expert facilitation practices. This course is the fundamental starting point for anyone interested in scorecard development, even for students that have advanced knowledge and experience implementing scorecards based on their own research or by working with other methodologies.
Balanced Scorecard Professional Certification Part 2:
Advanced Balanced Scorecard
Course 401 – 2 Days
